Terms and Conditions for the "Founder Fun Quiz" by Startup Streams

Welcome to the "Founder Fun Quiz" (the "Quiz") organised by Startup Streams Ltd. The Quiz is designed to help individuals assess their suitability to be an online business owner. By participating in this Quiz, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility
The Quiz is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By participating in the Quiz, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

Purpose of the Quiz and Prize Information
The results of the Quiz are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice. The Quiz does not guarantee success or provide any form of certification.

Participants in the Quiz have the opportunity to win one of two available online businesses. The businesses will be provided free of charge to the winners who complete the Quiz. Please note the following conditions regarding the prize:

- To claim the prize, the winner must provide Startup Streams with a Webflow account email address, as the store will be transferred to that account. This will be requested after the Quiz is successfully completed.
- To activate and launch the new store, the winner will be required to pay a $29/month fee to Webflow. This fee is not covered by Startup Streams.
- Startup Streams' usual fee of $329 per business is waived for the winners.
- You will need to acknowledge Startup Streams's earnings disclaimer before entering to understand that our businesses do not guarantee sales or success in any form.
- Each winner may only choose one of the available businesses.
- Startup Streams reserves the right to remove the Quiz or change the prize at any time at our discretion.
- Startup Streams is an affiliate of Webflow.
- This Quiz is not affiliated with Webflow in any way.
- You will need to abide by Webflow’s own terms and conditions when creating an account and launching your store.

Collection and Use of Personal Information
Personal information collected on the last page of the Quiz, such as name, email address, and other contact details, will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By providing your personal information, you consent to its collection, use, and disclosure as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

You will be added to the Startup Streams mailing list upon completion of the Quiz. You can opt out at any time.

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Startup Streams will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Quiz, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, UK.

Modifications to the Terms
Startup Streams reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Quiz following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
